Two companies requested the exercise of their right of reply following the publication of the report titled "Overpriced purchases of gloves and condoms detected at the IMSS," released by the newspaper El Universal on March 13, 2020.
The legal representation of both companies was undertaken by Rusconi & Sauza, who successfully managed the publication of the reply in accordance with the deadlines and requirements established by the Regulatory Law of Article 6, First Paragraph, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States on the Right of Reply.
Thanks to the intervention of Rusconi & Sauza, the good name and reputation of the companies were effectively protected against accusations deemed unfounded.
The newspaper El Universal made the reply public on April 9, 2020, in compliance with the provisions of the current legislation.
