In compliance with the order issued by the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation, the National Political Commission of the PRD issued on September 3, 2012, a call to elect State Councilors, National Councilors, and Delegates to the National Congress of the political institute in various entities of the country. This occurred in fulfillment of the resolution issued on August 28, 2012, by the TEPJF, due to the incident of non-execution of the sentence processed in file 1698/2012, sponsored by Rusconi & Sauza.
